Ingredients:
- Almar smoked salmon
- asparagus
- egg
- black or red caviar
- lemon juice
- parsley and dill for garnishing
Boil the fresh asparagus in one piece, hard-boil the egg. Place the chilled asparagus on a plate and arrange the salmon slices on the asparagus. Sprinkle the dish with lemon juice. Peel the egg and cut it in half.
Garnish the egg with caviar. The dish can be served with sauce for salmon.
