Ingredients (4 portions):
- 1 small package of Almar salmon in stripes
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- butter to be spread on the bread
- 1 avocado cut in thin slices
- 150 ml of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- pinch of salt, pepper and chili
Add the chives, lemon juice and remaining spices to the mayonnaise, mix and let it rest for 5 minutes. Spread the bread with butter, arrange the stripes of salmon and avocado on top. Put mayonnaise sauce onto the top. The dish is ready to serve.
