Ingredients (4 portions):
- 190 g of Almar smoked salmon
- 650 g of mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 bunch of spring onion
- lemon or lime juice
- grated lemon skin
- salt
- pepper
- lemon
- lettuce for garnishing
Clean the mushrooms, pour some oil onto the frying pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms until all the water evaporates. Chop the spring onion, add it to the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, grated lemon skin and lemon or lime juice. Place the smoked salmon onto the mushrooms. Sprinkle the dish with lemon juice.
