Ingredients (10 portions):
- 20 x 40 g slices of Almar smoked salmon
- 2 ½ mango fruits
- 2 ½ apples
- 5 avocados
- 5 - 6 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 5 teaspoons of oil
- 1 bunch of chive
- parsley for garnishing
Slice mangos, apples and avocados so they are in a shape of small boats. Take 10 slices of each fruit and sprinkle them with plenty of lemon juice. Chop coarsely the remaining pieces of fruit and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a blender to get a smooth sauce. Chop the chive finely and put it on the fruit. Pour the sauce over the chopped fruit and chive.
Arrange the salmon slices on plates, then place the fruit slices and fruit salad next to the fish. Garnish the dish with parsley.
