Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Almar Premium smoked Norwegian salmon 300 g
  • 1 can of Almar Salmon Caviar 95 g
  • 1 package of goat-milk cheese
  • 1 twig of rosemary
  • green beans
  • lemon for garnishing
  • sweet pepper for garnishing
  • chicory

 


Remove the parchment dividers and put the slices of Almar Premium smoked salmon onto the table and spread the goat-milk cheese on one side of the fish. Put a teaspoonful of Almar Salmon Caviar and a few leaflets of rosemary on every slice. Roll the fish slices and arrange the salmon roll on chicory leaves one by one.
Garnish with lemon, sweet pepper and green beans.
