Ingredients:
- 1 package of Almar Premium smoked Norwegian salmon 300 g
- 8 cooked asparaguses
- 8 marinated piri piri peppers
- assorted lettuce leaves for garnishing
- lemon
- dill
- radish for garnishing
- grapes for garnishing
- 150 ml of natural yogurt
- curry powder

Remove the parchment dividers and put 8 slices of Almar Premium smoked salmon onto the table. Drain the asparaguses and piri piri peppers and arrange them on the salmon slices so that about 1/3 of the asparagus from the top side sticks out of the salmon slice. Roll the slices so that nice salmon rolls are formed. Arrange the rolls on lettuce leaves sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.
Garnish the dish with radishes and grapes cut in halves.
Prepare the curry sauce: mix the natural yoghurt with curry powder (if the sauce is too thick, add some cream).
Garnish the dish with the sauce.
