1990- Beginning of sales and production smoked salmon and halibut.

1998- Building of  production plant  in Kartuzy. Development of sales and distribution of  Almar’s products in Poland and abroad.

2002- Implementation of system of quality control HACCP.

2004- The Company received, at that time as one of a few businesses in Poland, the FDA Certificate authorising the export of products to the US market.

2006- Obtainment of  kosher certificate.

2011 -Obtainment of IFS  certificate (International Food Standard) –international standard for foods safety.

2013- Obtainment of  BIO certificate for processing and sales salmon which comes form selected eco farms.
