Smoked salmon sausages has been rewarded Country Winner for the best polish product in SIAL d'Or Competition (Paris).
The competition was very strong- 8 product from Poland.
SIAL, the Global Food Marketplace , which takes a place in Paris every two years, is the world major event and business platform for food industry professionals since 1984.
Since 1986, SIAL organises the International SIAL d'Or Jury,an event that rewards products for their innovative features and for their commercial success on their national markets.
Those succesful products are selected by a jury that brings together 29 international journalist from the food industry press.
We are very pround , that our product has won in so prestigious competition. This prize as a proof of high innovative of smoked salmon sausages.
