NORWEGIAN SALMON OF PREMIUM QUALITY

ALMAR’s Norwegian smoked salmon of premium quality is produced exclusively from fresh salmon of SUPERIOR class from Norwegian farms.

This salmon is delivered to the production line within 3 days of being caught in the Norwegian fjords. We use traditional cold smoking methods. Salmon is placed in chambers for a dozen or so hours and smoked over a unique mixture of wood chips from various tree species. As a result, our products have a unique taste and flavour.

In addition, products from the PREMIUM series are produced exclusively from carefully selected slices cut from the best parts of fish. Therefore, they have an even, regular shape, with striated fat layers.

Individual slices are separated with parchment paper so that they do not stick together. In this way, our premium salmon slices retain their unique structure also after being removed from packaging.

Premium salmon slices are vacuum-packed in a bag with an easy opening system and then packed in a carton box.
