The production process begins with the purchase of raw material of the highest quality – mainly fresh salmon from the clean Norwegian fjords.

Salmon is transported to the manufacturing plant in a very short time (the plant is conveniently situated near the container terminal in Gdynia) and is immediately processed into fillets on a modern production line.

To give salmon an aroma and a special taste, we use traditional methods of cold smoking over beechwood chips. We do not use any artificial smoke flavourings. Smoked meat is cooled, skinned, cut into slices, arranged, weighed, vacuum packed, labeled and packed in cartons.

Our premium products are sold in non-frozen condition. In addition, every slice is covered with parchment paper to facilitate separation of slices.

Production art

Our salmon is caught in the famous clean waters of the Norwegian and Scottish fjords. This enables us to strictly control the quality of salmon meat. Delivered to our company in ice-covered styrofoam containers, fresh salmon retains a wonderful taste, a characteristic color and a high vitamin content.

A professional team of highly skilled employees oversee the entire production process. With the HACCP quality control system, we can monitor every stage of the production process to make sure that the final product satisfies the highest quality and taste criteria.

The obtained certificates provide a guarantee that our products are of the highest quality:

  • FDA certificate authorizing us to export products to the USA,
  • Kosher certificate,
  • IFS (International Food Standard) Certificate – international food safety standard,
  • BIO certificate for the processing and sale of organically-farmed salmon.
