ATLANTIC COLD SMOKED SALMON FILLET ON SKIN

ALMAR’s Norwegian smoked salmon  on skin is produced exclusively from fresh salmon of SUPERIOR class from Norwegian farms.

This salmon is delivered to the production line within 3 days of being caught in the Norwegian fjords. We use traditional cold smoking methods. Salmon is placed in chambers for a dozen or so hours and smoked over a unique mixture of wood chips from various tree species. As a result, our products have a unique taste and flavour.

Rich in fatty acids from the OMEGA -3 group.
