“GRAVAD” ATLANTIC SALMON IN HERBS
“Gravad” – in translation into Polish means “buried”. The word refers to the ancient methods of production of this Scandinavian specialty.
The unique natural taste of Gravad marinated salmon is due to traditional blends of the best quality herbs and spices used in the traditional process of preparing pickled Norwegian salmon.
This salmon is produced exclusively from selected Norwegian salmon fillets of the Superior class, thanks to which the slices have a regular shape and harmonious texture of the fat rings.
Packing method: product packed in vacuum in a bag and inserted in a cardboard box, 100g slices.
